- Are all the items genuine items of jewellery?
Yes, all of our items of jewellery are 100% genuine pieces. We buy from very carefully selected sources and can provide receipts if requested. If it says it’s a diamond, it most certainly is a diamond. Where at all possible, stone weights have been included in the product descriptions.
- How often do you update your range?
New products will be available online as soon as they arrive in stock.
- How will my order be shipped? When should I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be delivered directly to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Winsor Bishop will notify you via email when your order is despatched and confirm the date of its arrival. As a signature for delivery is required you should select a delivery address at which someone will be available to receive and sign for the order during the daytime. Please ensure that your package is intact before signing for it.
- Is VAT charged online?
VAT is charged on all orders and is included in the retail price. Please email customercare@winsorbishop.co.uk if you have further queries about VAT, or call us on 01603 620638.
- Do you only ship to the UK?
Currently we only ship to the UK through our website however if you are outside of the UK and wish to arrange shipping please contact us at customercare@winsorbishop.co.uk where we will be happy to assist.
- Is gift-wrapping available?
Yes. We gift wrap all orders free of charge and you can select this option at checkout should you require it.
- How much are delivery charges?
We charge £6.00 for orders up to £100 for delivery in the UK. Orders over £100 are free. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which delivers by 1.00pm the following day and insures the items in transit. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery because, if our member is not able to receive the delivery, the postman will leave a card and the member can then arrange delivery or collect it from the post office.
- Can I return my purchase?
We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery through the use of photos, product descriptions and measurements. Our experience has been that our jewellery has exceeded our customers' expectations since even our best photographs do not always fully reflect the colours and intensity of the gemstones, nor do they convey the emotive appeal of trying something on. This said, should you want to return the item, for any reason, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will gladly refund your payment. View our Returns Policy.
- Are Winsor Bishop diamonds all from traceable sources?

- Are chains included for necklaces?
Unless otherwise noted in the product detail all of our necklaces and pendants are delivered with the chain shown. If the chain is not included we state CHAIN SOLD SEPARATELY in the product description.
- Do I need to get my pearl necklace re threaded? Will the silk last for years?
Strung products (including pearl necklaces, hand knotted beaded necklaces and even Links of London Sweetie bracelets) will need re-stringing approximately once a year due to the silk, weight and stretch.

- Can I come to your store and view the jewellery?
Yes. Winsor Bishop has been at the same site on London Street since 1834.
Store Opening Times; Monday to Saturday 9:30am-5pm (10am opening on Thursday)

We are based at 41 & 43 London Street, Norwich, NR2 1HU and would be delighted to meet you in person and assist you with your shopping experience. Please ensure you advise us in advance which pieces you are interested in viewing so that we have them for your arrival.- Is it possible to resize or modify your jewellery so that it fits me perfectly?
Yes. At Winsor Bishop, we can tailor your jewellery to you. Simply email enquiries@winsorbishop.co.uk and a member of the team will contact you to discuss further. If there is a small additional charge or additional delivery time associated with your request you will have the option of cancelling your order prior to being charged. Once an item has been altered it will be non-refundable.
