Current Positions

Customer Service Administrator - 40hrs per Week (Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pm) with one day off during the week, Salary - Negotiable (Based from our Norwich Store)

(Additional working hours may be required for holiday cover, scheduled events and over the Christmas period.)

Overview: The role will provide the first point of contact for all incoming customer and supplier enquiries via telephone, email, social media and our company website. The customer service administrator will provide both clerical and administrative support to the management team and shop floor. The role plays a vital part in the daily administration and smooth-running of the business. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, a professional attitude and a proven track record of exceptional customer service.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all incoming enquiries via telephone, online chat, email, social media and our company website
  • Update the company database daily with any new information such as addresses and cleanse where necessary
  • Process all incoming and outgoing post and orders under the supervision of the Group Marketing Manager
  • Manage all BOH orders, stock levels and liaise with suppliers
  • Maintain company Health and Safety records
  • Diary management; setting up meetings, hospitality and travel arrangements
  • Conduct general office administration and filing systems, stock management of collaterol, stationery ordering and more
  • Provide support to the Events & Marketing team where necessary
  • Attend any requested meetings, take minutes and distribute to all members of staff
  • Provide VM assistance to the WB marketing team
  • Work alongside the Retail Coordinator to create a solid administration structure
  • Document and send all customer related letters (including mailmerging for events)
  • Update and distribute weekly rotas and further information where requested
  • Social Media posts and manage replies and communication (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pintrest, Linkedn)

Winsor Bishop - Store Manager- Cambridge
As Store Manager you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the store, ensuring that exceptional store standards are achieved and maintained. You will be an inspirational role model for all store colleagues demonstrating the Company Values every day. Lead and manage a high performing store team focused on the delivery of excellent customer experience and the consistent delivery of performance targets.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Managing and motivating the store team to increase sales and ensure efficiency, as well as creating a ‘personal’ sales environment
  • Delivering excellence in customer service at all times
  • Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiative and monitoring what local competitors are doing for this purpose in order to achieve and deliver the Retail Scorecard Objectives

The successful candidate will have the following key skills and experience:

  • Significant store management experience in a luxury environment 
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies and work to budgets
  • Ability to manage and deliver operating costs, identifying suitable efficiency improvements
  • Ability to develop broad internal/external networks
  • Evidence of leading and managing high performing teams for performance delivery against sales and KPI’s

Jewellery and Watch experience are highly desirable but not essential as full product training will be given. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and successful company.

Winsor Bishop - Sales Consultant- Cambridge and Norwich

As a Sales Consultant within our Winsor Bishop showrooms you will be responsible for achieving your personal sales targets, whilst ensuring you deliver every client exceptional customer service in line with our company values. You will be a strong team player, and passionate about building relationships and connections with our customers.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Achieving personal sales targets in line with store KPI objectives.
  • Effectively build customer relationships.
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and services offered in store.
  • Maintaining the professional image of the showroom with regard to Visual Merchandising, housekeeping standards and dress code.

The successful candidate will have the following key skills and experience:

  • Retail experience within a consultative environment
  • Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with client


  • Luxury jewellery/watch retail experience
  • External jewellery/watch qualifications
  • Advanced selling and negotiation skills
  • Additional language skills are extremely desirable, due to the diverse nature of our client base

Previous experience of jewellery and watches is preferred, but not essential as full product training will be given.
