Delivery & Returns

How will my order be shipped? When should I expect to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered directly to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We will notify you via email when your order is despatched and confirm the date of its expected arrival. As a signature for delivery is required you should select a delivery address at which someone will be available to receive and sign for the order during the daytime. Please ensure that your package is intact before signing for it.

Do you only ship to the UK?

Currently we only ship to the UK through our website however if you are outside of the UK and wish to arrange shipping please contact us at [email protected] where we will be happy to assist.

How much are delivery charges?

We do not charge for delivery. Orders take 2-3 business days to be picked, packed and sent via Royal Mail.

During Bank Holiday weekends we have a limited pick, pack and delivery service, however our normal services resume on the Tuesday (following a Bank Holiday Monday) or the Monday (following a Bank Holiday Friday) for delivery on Wednesday onwards.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I return my online purchase?

We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery through the use of photos, product descriptions and measurements. Our experience has been that our jewellery has exceeded our customers expectations since even our best photographs do not always fully reflect the colours and intensity of the gemstones, nor do they convey the emotive appeal of trying something on. This said, should you want to return the item, for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will gladly refund your payment. View our Returns Policy.

Can I return my in-store purchase?

Refund/Exchange policy for items purchased in store differs from that of items purchased online:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to Winsor Bishop for an exchange, account credit or full refund within 28 days of purchase .This is provided the item is in the same saleable condition as when purchased with all packaging, original receipt and all guarantee/certificates enclosed.

Can I cancel my Online order?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty.

Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods.  Any service not provided by us, such as a special delivery service will not be refunded.  You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused.

What happens if my order is lost?

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit.  Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss.


Are all the items genuine items of jewellery?

Yes, all of our items of jewellery are 100% genuine pieces. We buy from very carefully selected sources and can provide receipts if requested. If it says it’s a diamond, it most certainly is a diamond. Where at all possible, stone weights have been included in the product descriptions. How often do you update your range?

New products will be available online as soon as they arrive in stock.

Is VAT charged online?

VAT is charged on all orders and is included in the retail price. Please email [email protected] if you have further queries about VAT, or call us on 01603 620638.

Is gift-wrapping available?

Yes. We gift wrap all orders free of charge and you can select this option at checkout should you require it.

Are chains included for necklaces?

Unless otherwise noted in the product detail all of our necklaces and pendants are delivered with the chain shown. If the chain is not included we state CHAIN SOLD SEPARATELY in the product description.

What should I give for my Wedding Anniversary?

Can I come to your store and view the jewellery?

Please do! Winsor Bishop have been at the same site on London Street since 1834.
Store Opening Times; Monday to Saturday 9:30am-5pm and Sunday 10:30am – 4:30pm.

We are based at 39 & 43 London Street, Norwich, NR2 1HU and would be delighted to meet you in person and assist you with your shopping experience. Please ensure you advise us in advance which pieces you are interested in viewing so that we have them for your arrival.

Is it possible to resize or modify your jewellery so that it fits me perfectly?

Yes. At Winsor Bishop, we can tailor your jewellery to you. Simply email [email protected] and a member of the team will contact you to discuss further. If there is a additional charge with your request you will have the option of cancelling your order prior to being charged. Once an item has been altered it will be non-refundable.
