We are now entering our 6th week of successful trading post lockdown. As the store becomes busier we have needed to bring back additional members of our team to help support. From 1st August we will return to trading 7 days a week and will be extending our opening hours.

Through limiting the people we allow instore at any one time we are able to control the environment. All our staff wear the necessary PPE and gloves at all times when handling products. We have perspex screens positioned at each service desk along with hand sanitiser and bottled water.
Following on from our update below we are currently implementing new procedures to fully comply with regulations for our planned opening on Tuesday 16th June.
We will be limiting the number of customers in store. To avoid disappointment we are encouraging everyone to make an appointment before visiting. Alternatively if you would prefer to shop from the comfort of your own home you can schedule a contactless virtual appointment at a time convenient to you to discuss your enquiry.

We are currently working alongside the guidelines and advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England to ensure the safety and well being of all when our store aims to reopen, on 16th June.
We are introducing a number of measures to help protect both our customers and our staff.
Limiting the number of customers in our store at any one time. To ensure our team can help you in the safest most efficient way we will be limiting the number of customers in store and encouraging customers to book appointments to avoid disappointment. We are also offering our new contactless virtual appointment service for anyone who wishes to shop from home.
In line with the Government’s guidance on social distancing, we will be implementing a 2m rule which will be clearly marked and easy to follow throughout the store, with navigational floor markers.
As well as strict regular cleaning regimes we have increased our sanitisation stations available for all to use.
Protective screens will be positioned where necessary and customers will be offered safety equipment to wear, if they wish.
Whilst we are working hard behind the scenes to reopen the store our dedicated online customer service team are available to assist you from the comfort of your home.
As always our online store is open and we have extended our returns policy to 30 days after the store reopens.
We have introduced new ways to shop through our contactless virtual appointments. Allowing you to access 1-1 personal service from the comfort of your home. Our team are available to help with any questions and a in house model can be available if requested to show how the item fits.
All products purchased from us will arrived beautifully gift wrapped with our free express delivery service.
0% finance is available on most products to help spread there cost of your purchase.

The store remains closed in line with government guidelines, however we are working hard behind the scenes on our reopen plan. The top priority remains to be the health and safety of our customers, colleagues and community. Therefore, we are working on a new structure ad operation that will adhere to all government regulation with social distancing and using every available safety precaution. These will include tabletop screen, hand sanitising stations and a cleaning procedure which will be implanted in between all customers.
