If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to Winsor Bishop for an exchange, account credit or full refund, (excluding any shipping charges), within 28 days of purchase. The exception to this is pierced earrings which are non-refundable. The item must be returned, along with all packaging, original receipt and all paperwork, in the same saleable condition as when it was purchased. This includes watch links removed and all stickers still in place.
Sale and Promotional Items
We will exchange any item bought within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be given.
Deposits, Special Orders and Ring Sizing
We regret we do not refund monies on any deposit or special order items. Any purchase that has been sized, or altered, to a customer’s specification cannot be refunded or returned.
Customer’s items left at Winsor Bishop for service, repair or valuation must be collected within 28 days from notification of availability*
Your order will be eligible for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) as per the terms set out above and on the condition items are returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 7 working days. Exchanges can be processed immediately in-store at Winsor Bishop in Norwich, subject to stock availability and where the card used to pay for the original purchase is present.
On the day of receiving your order, if you wish to return, you must obtain an Order Return Number (ORN) by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us on 01603 620638. Once you have obtained your ORN, follow the HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM instructions below.
All items must arrive back at Winsor Bishop with the security tag intact, be unworn and in their original condition.
We appreciate that occasionally something is just not quite right for you. If you are cancelling your purchase within the 14 working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the price paid for the goods only. Within 14 days of receiving your order you must obtain an Order Return Number (ORN) by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us on 01603 620638. Then follow the HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM instructions below.
All items must arrive back at Winsor Bishop with the security tag intact, be unworn and in their original condition. We check all items returned during the 14 day cooling off period. In the event we find that the goods are not in their original condition, worn or if the security tag is removed, we reserve the right to refuse the return and we will contact you immediately.

Our usual returns policy applies to all Christmas gift purchases however we offer our Christmas shoppers at winsorbishop.co.uk an Extended Returns Policy. If you make your Christmas purchase between 24th November –24th December and you need to return an item, you can do so before 9th January.
