We will exchange or offer a store credit note for any unworn item, returned with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase.
New Sales
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to Winsor Bishop for an exchange, account credit, (excluding any shipping charges), within 30 days of purchase. The exception to this is pierced earrings which are non-refundable. The item must be returned, along with all packaging, original receipt and all paperwork, in the same saleable condition as when it was purchased. This includes watch links removed.
Sale and Promotional Items
We will exchange any item bought within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be given.
Deposits, Special Orders and Ring Sizing
We regret we do not refund monies on any deposit or special order items. Any purchase that has been sized, or altered, to a customer’s specification cannot be refunded or returned.
Aftersales Department
Customer’s items left at Winsor Bishop for service, repair or valuation must be collected within 30 days from notification of availability*
The team at Winsor Bishop strive to ensure that you are happy with your chosen item at point of purchase, showcasing all of the available options to you. Unfortunately, our showroom is unable to offer refunds on any product purchased in-store but will be able to offer an exchange or a credit note for any unworn item, returned with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase.
Your statutory rights are not affected. For further information on our refund policy, please contact your local showroom.
Our team will be able to guide you through the process as well as explore with you some alternative product suggestions. If you purchased your chosen product online, please just contact us and a member of our team would be delighted to assist you.
