Our London Street store remains open and we are committed to bringing you the very best experience while you shop with our team of experts.

For ease we have increased the number of ways for you to shop with us from the comfort of your home. Your products will arrive beautifully gift wrapped with our free next day delivery service. Our sales consultants are available to discuss all matters via phone, email, WhatsApp, online live chat and video streaming to provide you with a personalised shopping service.

Aftersales

If you currently have a watch or item of jewellery with our service team, it is business as usual. Our in-store watch makers remain onsite processing your watch servicing and repairs. We will keep you updated on any changes or delays to your aftersales service by your preferred method of contact. When your item is ready for collection we will arrange delivery if you do not wish to travel or visit us in-store.

All of the watch houses continue to operate as normal and within their usual opening hours. Our aftersales team are also available by the above methods of contact to support with any repairs or servicing queries.
