There’s no need to wait to get what you want, any item you choose from us will be carefully packaged and sent to you for Next Day delivery, its quick and efficient as well as being the ideal way to minimise contact during this time.
Click & Collect – Easy and Convenient
Use our easy Click and Collect option if this is the most convenient for you. We will have your item carefully packaged and sanitised and available for secure collection at a time convenient for you from our London Street store. If you are planning to use this efficient means to collect and item you are ordering from our website, please select this option at the checkout stage.
Aftersales – Repairs and Adjustments Still Available
Our Rolex Authorized in-house Watchmakers continue to operate from behind the scenes in a safe environment. All non-instore watch servicing and jewellery repairs are also able to be completed by our trusted workshops. To minimise contact, we can organise the posting of your items to us or if it is more convenient you may drop your items securely at our drop-off point.
Extended Returns – Take Your Time
Please do not panic about having to return to exchange an item ASAP. We have extended our returns policy to make things easier for you. We will now allow any item to be returned to us within 30 days after the reopening of the store to the public, this should allow plenty of time for you to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note that all sale items are to be returned to us within 14 days of the store reopening.
Fogging- Disinfecting Our Entire Building
One of the many ways Winsor Bishop are contributing to stopping the spread of viruses is using fogging disinfectant. We use a highly trained team with legislation compliant machinery to “fog” our large open spaces within the building. The team also takes extra time to ensure all of the displays and selling areas are given thorough attention.
Ultraviolet Disinfecting Procedure
So as to not compromise the integrity of any of our luxury items with harsh cleaning chemicals, we use an alterative and highly effective sanitizing method for our jewellery and watch collections, an ultraviolet sterilising pod as this method leaves no potentially corrosive surface residue behind.
Personal Protective Equipment & Sanitizing
Our team at Winsor Bishop understand the great importance each and everyone has as an individual to help control the spread of infections. Because of this, everyone of us adheres to the highest standards of PPE necessary for an office/customer facing environment.
Face masks and face coverings are worn at all times, disposable gloves are always worn and are disposed off appropriately and changed regularly.
When in a customer facing environment, our team make sure they keep themselves separated from their customer as per social distancing guidelines as well as behind clear serving screens.
Every surface at customer serving points is meticulously sanitised with a high grade sanitiser after every customer visit. We have also set up many hand sanitising points accessible to all customers and staff at easily accessible points around the store.
The Winsor Bishop Experience – The New Way
As we pride ourselves on our unique customer service experience, we want to continue to give you the safest and most enjoyable experience when allowed in store. In order to ensure we keep ourselves and our customers safe we have limited the number of customers we can have in our beautiful store at any one time. In addition to this we have implemented a clearly identifiable one-way system as well as advice on adhering to the current social distancing measures.
Although we will soon be able to welcome you instore, in order to dedicate time to welcome you back and enjoy the full Winsor Bishop Experience we would strongly advise on booking an appointment with one of our experienced Sales Team.
