In accordance with the updated Government policy, our showroom is currently closed to the public. However, our team remains completely available to you. Our customer service experts are working behind the scenes to assist you from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week to deliver the very best Winsor Bishop experience to you in the comfort of your own home.

Contactless Appointments

Extended Hours

We have extended our hours so that our Customer Service Team is available to you 9am – 9pm 7 days a week, offering Live Chat, enquiries, Whats App and virtual appointments. We are here, to support you from the comfort of your own home.

Express Delivery

All items are posted with next day delivery or items are available for our click and collect service instore.

Click & Collect

Our click&collect service is available for secure collection from our London Street store. This option is available to select at the checkout stage.

Finance

All jewellery products over £750* are available to purchase via 0% finance.

Aftersales Remains Open

Our Rolex authorized and jewellery workshop remains open, and our Watchmakers are continuing to work behind the scenes. All non instore servicing and jewellery repairs will begin again from 4th January 2021, after the Christmas break.

Extended Returns

All purchases can be returned by post or in person to store. We have extended our returns policy to 30 days after the store reopens, to allow plenty of time for you to arrange a refund or exchange. All sale items must be returned within 14 days of our store reopening.
