- About Us
We are proud to be unveiling our newly renovated Rolex salon in-store this weekend, Saturday 18th May, 2019. The unveiling of the salon is the culmination of months of renovations within our store. We now look forward to welcoming customers back through our original store entrance and revealing months of renovations fitting our bespoke Salon.
The renovated Salon opening marks our 185th year as jewellers on our London Street site and ushers us into a new chapter as Rolex’s flagship agent in Norfolk. Upon the opening of our salon this weekend, we stand as the largest Rolex agent within a fifty mile radius, as well as the Flagship Rolex agent for Norfolk. The bespoke salon is more spacious allowing us to showcase more of Rolex’s prestigious range of watch models and provide our customers with a luxurious and relaxing environment to meet with our expert watch specialists to discuss their perfect Rolex model.
Rolex models team Winsor Bishop admire…
DATEJUST 31
This classic watch, whilst originally released as a male model, has proven to become one of the most popular women’s Rolex model and the newly released Datejust 31 is sure to continue that legacy. The newly released variants of the model at this year’s Baselworld included a yellow Rolesor version; a timeless and sophisticated combination of oystersteel and 18ct yellow gold. The second variant; an Everose Rolesor combining oystersteel and 18ct everose gold is a symbol of elegance. These new variants of this iconic ladies model have stolen our hearts at first glance.
GMT Master II
Originally launched in 1955, the GMT was the official watch of Pan American World Airways; designed with the intercontinental traveller in mind. Fast forward to 2019, the GMT’s prestigious position within Rolex’s watch range does not appear to be lessened with iconic subsequent versions of the model carrying fan created names such as the ‘Batman’ and ‘Pepsi’. This year’s Baselworld introduced the latest edition to the GMT Master II family in a bold blue and black ceramic. Not only has the colour scheme seen an update, the new GMT Master II features a bidirectional rotatable bezel updated on a jubilee bracelet rather than the Oyster bracelet the previous model featured. We are in admiration for this watch, just like the rest of the watch world.
SEA DWELLER 43
Arguably one of the most note-worthy Rolex releases from this year’s Baselworld was the Sea-Dweller- Rolex’s ultimate tool-watch line and somewhat of a cult Rolex model range. The use of 18ct yellow gold brings a new sense of opulence to the model. Whilst designed the deep depths of water and with that comes with the robustness and reliability you would expect of the Sea-Dweller, the two tone look of the watch elevates this model and is carried throughout its whole design; with two tone features on the watch dial and hands as well as the bracelet. We adore the new luxurious feel these features bring to the new Sea-Dweller.
DAYDATE 36
Our heads were turned by one of the latest additions to the Daydate 36 range. The Baselworld 2019 variant with 18ct yellow gold president bracelet combined with a distinctive turquoise dial is a stand out in the Daydate 36 range. The bold turquoise dial, complete with a diamond Roman numeral dial and bezel is a symbol of luxurious wrist wear and a real statement piece we have fallen for.
We welcome our customers to join us in our brand new Rolex salon, opening this weekend, from Saturday 18th May, and to enjoy a glass of Champagne, G&T or a simple cappuccino.
